The foundation herd of Gleason Bison is comprised of Wind Cave, Yellowstone, and Charles Goodnight herd genetics.  Through genetic testing we can confirm that the entire herd does not carry any cattle genes.  Our bison are 100% grassfed their entire lives and are harvested stress-free in the field on their home land.
